Built with efficiency in mind, the Timberline system is intelligently designed to use minimal 12V DC power, so as to provide longevity in the lithium battery packages. The gasoline Timberline burner draws fuel from the onboard gasoline tank and provides reliable, seamless operation anywhere you drive these motorhomes in North America.

Elwell Corp has exponentially increased their business in the past year, which has also made it necessary to increase the physical footprint of the warehouse and office space.  As of December 1, 2021, Elwell has tripled its warehouse and office, space.  We are in the process of moving, rearranging and re-setting up production stations and managing warehouse storage.  Through this process, we are also evaluating how to most effectively maximize our space and efficiency.  We are so grateful for this end-of-the year blessing and opportunity. 

Elwell had the great pleasure of attending the 2021 season of Adventure Van Expo shows. The enjoyment of meeting new customers and forging new and lasting relationships was, perhaps, made more gratifying after the long hiatus of not being able to attend shows due to the COVID pandemic. It was a successful marketing tour, in which Elwell displayed Autoterm’s Timberline heating system and had the opportunity of educating both customers and van manufacturers alike. The connection—the family atmosphere—the all-in-it-together mood, and beautiful locations selected for these shows reaffirmed to us the commitment we will again make to be part of the 2022 season of Adventure Van Expo shows. 

Chad Samons joined the team at Elwell Corp in November 2021.  With the immense expansion of Timberline business in the Indiana/Ohio area, Elwell Corp needed a someone to provide additional representation, support, and availability.  Chad has been a successful entrepreneur in the housing and construction industry, but when presented with the opportunity to work for the Elwell Corp family, he felt it was a well-timed open door that he was happy to walk through.  Chad’s upstanding character and work ethic will make him an outstanding sales representative and places the RV manufacturers in the Indiana/Ohio region in good hands

Elwell Corp is proud to announce the Timberline Heating System is standard in the all new 2022 Airstream Interstate 24X. The Timberline system delivers a premium comfort experience and is loaded with many features to make your adventure more enjoyable. The continuous hot water and quiet heat is provided by a heating system that uses diesel fuel from the onboard vehicle fuel tank. There is also a 120V supplemental heating element for those times when the RV is plugged into shore power. The interior heat is soft and quiet and provided by small heater fans that adjust their output based on demand. The Interstate 24X is designed with a heated bathroom which is great for drying boots, gloves and other adventure equipment. The overall design of the system is modular to provide versatility in designing floorplans and layout to create maximum use for customers. The Timberline color touch screen panel is easy to use and branded specifically for the 24X.

We are excited to be a part of this Airstream Interstate 24X model. The Timberline system is designed for use all over the country and especially for high altitudes and harsh climates. No matter where your travels take you the Timberline system will provide great comfort and plenty of hot water.

Nathan Richard, a 30-plus-year RV industry veteran, joined the Elwell Corp team in August 2020. He is not just an “off-the-street hire,” but is a known entity and someone with whom we have history and have worked with from time-to-time through the years. Nathan’s focus will be to manage the production floor, as well as to oversee research and development. We are confident his skill-sets and experience will be a valuable asset as Elwell expands and grows.

I came to Elwell Corp after working in service at an RV dealership and then as a manufacturer’s representative for several decades. I was looking for a change of getting off the travel mode and had the desire to finish my career with a solid company. I’ve known the Ewells for a number of years, and we had discussed my dreams and ambitions a number of times before I was hired. Ken approached me concerning the management position at Timberline in July of 2020. After coming out of the first phase of Covid restrictions and realizing the large company with which I was employed would be majorly affected by mandates and rules, I decided it was time to move on; that I did, and I have been very happy at Elwell Corp these last fifteen months. I am enjoying working with quality products, honest and conscientious owners, and great employees!

Washougal, WA. – Winnebago and Elwell Corporation are pleased to announce the addition of the Timberline Diesel-Fired Hydronic Heating System to the 4×4 adventure van, the Winnebago Revel.

The Timberline is designed specifically to provide premium heating and hot water in even the most adverse climates. This system efficiently manages energy based on the users desired comfort level using the diesel-fired Autoterm Binar Compact heat source which is optimized for seamless use whether in high altitudes or at sea level. Comfortable heat is provided by automated air handlers that run softer or harder depending on the climate’s demands. A supplemental 120V heating element is also available for use when the motorhome is plugged into shore power.
